THE GoAL:

Luxaviation is a leading private aviation company, offering luxurious and bespoke flight services to clients worldwide, with a focus on exceptional quality and safety.

For Christmas 2023, Luxaviation sought to create something truly exceptional to stand out on social media. What could have been a simple video shot on a phone was transformed into a premium commercial that embodied the company’s commitment to excellence and luxury.

The shoot presented several challenges. With a diverse cast including children, multiple setups featuring private jets on Stansted Airport’s runway, and half the filming taking place at night, precision and planning were paramount. Adding to the complexity, we had just one hour at each of the two locations to capture all the footage.

A significant amount of effort went into pre-production, including crafting a detailed shot list and producing rough pre-visualisation edits to optimise efficiency. Because of the value my business was able to bring, we not only navigated these challenges but delivered a final product that exceeded expectations. The result was a polished commercial that showcased Luxaviation’s sophistication while meeting a demanding one-week post-production deadline.

This project is a testament to how meticulous planning, creativity, and professionalism can elevate a vision beyond what was thought possible, delivering maximum results under the strictest of time constraints.

To truly elevate the project and capture the holiday spirit, I incorporated digital snow, adding a festive and enchanting atmosphere that aligned with their Christmas theme and exceeded their expectations.

After selecting one of my videography packages, which included one day of filming, multiple editing days, and comprehensive pre-production, we outlined the following deliverables for Luxaviation:

  • x1 60-second Commercial:
    A dynamic, engaging video designed to showcase Luxaviation’s premium brand and highlight key moments from the shoot.

  • x1 30-second Social Media Edit:
    A shorter, concise edit focusing on the most impactful aspects of the day, tailored for social media audiences.

The goal was to create content that not only captured the elegance and luxury of the Luxaviation experience but also connected with their audience across social platforms.

This video captures Luxaviation’s commitment to excellence, perfectly aligning with the brand’s luxurious and sophisticated image. Shot with a cinematic approach, expertly lit, and professionally colour graded, the video reflects the elegance and prestige of their services.

The client was thrilled with the final result, which was prominently featured across all of Luxaviation’s social media platforms. The CEO personally shared how many clients reached out to express how much they appreciated the video, highlighting its impact and positive reception.
